people always are curious about my training, i get asked at the gym, when im playing on the playground, eating at chipotle, at the videoshop, after i poop, when i get my haircut, when im spinning in circles, when i touch, via tumblr, and in many other situations. so i thought id randomly throw up some clips of specific parts of my training. sometimes they will be serious, but most of the time they will be dumb.
