I like your endeavor and comments about taking action against the tagger. Sounds dangerous, so I will wish you all safety confronting the vigilantes. I would take on some personal beef with the makers of the spray cans for marketing it toward graffiti. Nothing will be done about it but maybe some media coverage will help your cause. Or a TLC special, kinda like Dog the Bounty hunter. You should get crafty about it, because they are. Good luck in your brave endeavor.
