Welcome to the You-tube channel of New Zealand born tenor Geoff Sewell

Geoff Sewell isn't exactly your typical tenor, as although music has always played an important role in his life, he originally trained as an accountant! However, a family holiday to the home of his hero Elvis, following the tragic loss of his sister inspired him to follow his dream of pursuing music full time.

After training in Boston, Geoff came to London to continue his musical education and brought together his business acumen and musical talents to create his hugely successful, global entertainment company Incognito Artists www.incognitoartists.com

In 2002, Geoff and his wife Simone, developed the idea of creating a group that combined classical music with demand for pop and as a result the world's first opera band, Amici Forever was born. The group received critical acclaim, producing two multi platinum selling albums and enjoying tours world wide, including numerous sell out events in Geoff's native New Zealand.

Sadly, in 2005, his daughter was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and Geoff made the brave and admirable decision to leave the group in order to give her the stability and care she needed. With typical flair, determination and passion, both he and Simone have thrown themselves into raising awareness and understanding of these rapidly increasing conditions, bringing hope to many families with their inspiring message and success in helping their daughter to shine.

Geoff continues to work as global CEO for Incognito Artists and is also embarking on an exciting solo career too. His highly anticipated debut solo album, Believe, which he describes as a "dream come true", is now on sale in New Zealand & Australia, and is also available from the website - see below for details. The album, which debuted at #2 in the NZ album charts, is a little bit pop, a little bit opera... but 100% Geoff Sewell!

Proceeds from a very special track on the album, Sienna's Song, written by Geoff's wife Simone for their daughter, will go towards helping other families afflicted with autism spectrum disorders.

Geoff is looking forward to touring New Zealand early in 2009 with Incognito Artists (details in Event Section below), having just released a special edition Double Album for Christmas, so life is certainly full on for this charismatic, energetic and talented Kiwi right now. But with a mantra of "life is a daring adventure or nothing", you'd expect nothing less!
