This Mexico video is pictures of our quick trip we made a few weeks ago to help a family of 4 girls that we met in August.Abandoned by their mother 4 yrs ago & their father gone off on drugs.(We had approx. 200 youth & chaperones on that annual trip) we left money for Lupe to enroll in school at that time. She is 10 years old and had not attended. We returned this December 27- Jan 3 2009 with 31 people to build them a house. A THOUGHT:We have so much here in the grand U.S.A.. but when you see how little they have materially, yet so much more than some of us, in so many ways. Respect for family, thankfulness for what they have, & a love for God that is a foundation for the smile they always share. We have over the years recieved more from our missions trips- than we have given! Life changing lessons on what is truely important.
