reacting to stalkers and bullies is the worst thing technically to do
but i count myself as a bit of an amateur genius when it comes to how bullies tick!
lets stick together in studying bullies and recognising what stops these people and their self control!

You can see the law enforcements in both the US and Canton police are engaged in "organized stalking." Canton police did not touch my case until I contacted a lawyer to make sure the police acted negligence on my case. The situation was the same for the social workers at the refugee residence.
