you just have to search more about Buddhism and Taoism, search about the Qi Gong, the tai chi, kungfu and yin yang are from Taoism, meditation and wisdom comes from Buddhism, actually they are not a religion, it does not tell you what to believe it does not tell you what to do, it tells you how to find out, i'm also a Atheist soo as you can see these 3 religions makes sense to me, thats why i've choose them
