FYB recently released a 45 minute email course on improving your forehand. We look at the forehand technique of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Roddick, Ana Ivanovic, Jelena Jankovic, Dinara Safina and other top pros on tour. We also look at the technique of some amateurs -- players just like you.

What you'll see is that the difference between professional-level forehand technique and amateur / weekend warrior technique isn't in small details. It's in the big stuff -- 5 fundamentals, to be exact.

By knowing what the 5 fundamentals to proper forehand technique are -- and knowing how to execute them -- you'll be able to improve your forehand the next time you step on the court.

Welcome to FuzzyYellowBalls.com's Youtube channel! We teach tennis on the internet using video. Our video tennis lessons are distinct because we use a greenscreen -- the thing the weatherman stands in front of. But instead of the weather we've got someone hitting a tennis ball! Also, all of our newest lessons are in high definition.

We also have an extensive stroke library -- clips of the top professionals on the tennis tour hitting forehands, backhands, serves, etc. We have two types of clips: 1) high-definition hitting videos and 2) slow-motion hitting videos.
