the real reason is:
Gozar had a video of Lupin or whatever the anime is called and the japanese people said it was copyright so he got supspended. (i am not english so sorry for my typing)
The reason FUNImation Entertainment is having problems with Gozar is because he is violating FUNImation's copyright on those ardbz videos and that is the reason he has been suspended.

I'm really hoping you'll be putting in the TV Special episodes of One Piece in the sets when they come up. If they are neglected, or for some reason you can't get the rights to them, it might cause some problems. Some of the episodes of One Piece are derived from the going-ons of the TV Specials, and it would certainly lead to confusion if they were skipped over.
Please, if you can, obtain the rights to these Special episodes. Thank you.
