My studio Gor Sau training for students must do REAL trial.
They do with each other, even with me, no matters how different among them - various age, size, level, character, man and woman.
Since beginning to all long tern daily lessons we are doing Gor Sau sparring.
Also, we make videos for every one/time Gor Sau record to view and learn more detail.

I enjoy and have been doing this way, always.

(As I said in my invite message, I do try to use some of these "trapping hands" concepts while sparring during Jun Fan kickboxing practice.)
