Violations of Constitutional Rights and Police brutality are not under the jurisdiction of state authorities. Those are matters under the jurisdiction of Federal Authorities. (I explain this in my video on Andrew Meyer.) So Why was this matter being reviewed by the state? That doesn't make any sense.
