Thanks! We use a epson 1400 with the black max inkjet system you can get from ryonet. No color ink in the printer, all the heads are filled with black to give solid printing

@suburbantees Pretty simple really. We feel Vastex is the leading manufacture in manual equipment. Everything is built like a tank, registers great. This video was shot about a year after being in this location. We really just try and keep a tidy shop. End of the day, sweeping up and every now and then wiping down equipment. We also use hot tak spray a lot so it stays tacky longer when using the flash so less we have to actually spray! Thanks...

depends on the job. When there's a lot of ink coverage, a vacuum table would help. I use a very little amount of spray tack. It never leaves any residue on the back. But since this was mostly small type and not large amounts of ink, plus it is relatively small so it was no problem printing. Also ...

Its just what people want and industry is going to..oversize and all over prints and trying to keep your prints soft hand. We've seen some awesome designs come through here on a daily basis using all over or oversize. Like everything, just takes practice and trial and error to find right methods....
