HHorowitz, Sorry for the delayed response. We had some trouble getting a comment posted to our own channel. Go figure. Thank you for the comment. The programs are named in the credits, but you make an interesting point. With approximately 4 million New Yorkers struggling to afford food, the individuals in the film are real and representative of the diverse populations we serve. Our overall goal for the video was to show the full scope of the Food Bank's work fighting hunger and food poverty throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Similar programs can be found in every neighborhood of the city -- you can use our Food Program Locater to find the programs in your neighborhood:

Regarding the need for volunteers, I can tell you that the majority of the more than 1,000 food assistance programs that we serve relies on volunteers to operate. Here is more information about volunteering through the Food Bank:

Yes, maybe it's your browser or just YouTube has not displayed a certain setting to you yet. Are you using Google Chrome? If you are using Google Chrome you are just limited to certain things. Try Apple Safari, but if you do anything more to help this DON'T use Internet Exporer for anything.

I just watched the video -- is there a reason you don't identify the centers and/or the people by name? I think it would be much "realer" if we knew where these people were and I, for one, would consider volunteering for you and/or one of those centers if I knew whether they needed help and/or what they were called. thanx
