Check out the St. Augustine Summer Music Festival! Featuring a different concert daily Sunday through Friday, the festival
includes musicians from the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Ritz Chamber Players,
faculty from Stetson University and Jacksonville University along with special
guests. All of the festival's concerts will take place at the beautiful Cathedral
Basilica of St. Augustine, 38 Cathedral Place. Admission is free, but donations are
welcomed. The festival opens on Sunday with Back to Bach at 3 p.m., followed by
different performances each evening at 7:30 p.m. The schedule is: Monday, Mozart
and More; Tuesday, Grace and Beauty; Wednesday, Summer Music; Thursday, Piano

JUNE 6 - Relive history as the English corsair, Sir Francis Drake, and his raiders return to St. Augustine in an authentic re-creation of the 1586 sack of the city. Open to the public, early evening events will witness the English attack on the town, the Spanish residents defense, with pike and musket skirmishes, and the simulated destruction of the town by the invaders.
