You can watch my vids to know that I love training and growing, but there's something I'd love your help with. How do you get the top of your spine more flexible? It seems to me that the bottom isn't enough to really have a lot of abilities with your spine. But I honestly don't know how to go from nothing to getting it flexible. Any tips? (I don't normally ask for help, I'm all self taught but I'd love your advice here)
