The Citizens' Campaign to Fix the Expo Rail Line is a project of United Community Associations, an all-volunteer South LA non-profit. The Fix Expo Campaign is a South LA community effort in to force MTA to fix the problems that currently exist with MTA's proposed primarily street-level Expo Line design through South LA, with additional resources and grade separation.
