Sure it is! I import limited amounts of it from Lauscha, Germany, so special orders are available if you're interested. However, I'd first contact your local neon supply shop and play with clear soft glass tubing. (colorsed neon tubes are too stiff and unresponsive, and some have powder coatings inside.) Clear is cheaper than dirt and you can practice with the viscosity and behavior of the glass before you invest in expensive imported colors...

I didn't know that soft glass tubing was available. Where do find it? I would love to know. I have been asking but nobody seems to know. Please help.
