Ok, for all those who want to know how I make the moving icon picture: Firstly, put your video clip (or pictures) into Windows movie maker and make sure that your final clip is no longer than 4 seconds. (Tip: make sure your clip comes out no greater than 250 KB.)Once you've published your video, log on to http://gifninja.com/. Once you're on GIF ninja, go to the top right of the page and click convert video to gif. scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on browse. then select your movie maker video from whichever file you put it in. Then click make my GIF. once it is finished save the picture onto your hard drive. Next, go to youtube and click the account button. At the top of the account page you should see your current profile pic. underneath this it will say 'change'. click this and on the next page you should see your current profile pic again. underneath this you will see 'upload an image'. click this and find your GIF. then press 'update channel'.
