Yes ur rite. Neill Blomkamp  was going to work on Halo, but Studios politics got in the way and Halo was put on the shelf. So they decided to do a movie based on a short Neill Blomkamp already made called Alive in Joberg. Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNReejO7Zu8. Have a question for you. Was the director for District 9 the one that was going to be helping out with the Live-action Halo movie, but then decided to direct this movie instead?
