Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Performance Coach Frank Dolan is the co-founder of All Sports and Fitness Health Club in West Islip, as well as the President of Sports and Fitness Performance, a company dedicated to helping people achieve their sports and fitness goals through cutting edge training methods. He has consulted with several collegiate and high school sports programs, and has been a popular guest lecturer at St. Johns University, where he presents fitness training concepts as a tool for optimal performance in work and sport.

Frank attended SUNY College at Brockport where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and Physical Education. Since 2001, he has worked with all types of athletes and clients from Professionals to Junior High School Athletes. In addition to helping the NY Yankees during Spring Training 2008, he has developed Strength and Conditioning Programs for CW Post College Baseball, SUNY Brockport Baseball, St. Josephs College Baseball, Old Westbury College Softball, and several Long Island Area High School Athletic Programs. His extensive athletic background includes; 2001 All New York Region, All ECAC, and All SUNYAC as a Collegiate Baseball Player.
