FA: United: A furry convention in New Jersey

FA: United 2007
Headed by Shy Matsi (http://www.furry4life.org), the Northeast Anthropomorphic Association (a non-profit 501(c)7 based in New Jersey) partnered with Fur Affinity began planning for a new convention in the New Jersey region in 2005 following Anthrocon's announced move from Philadelphia, PA to Pittsburgh. The convention was held August 10th to 12th, 2007 at the Ramada Newark Airport International (now Wyndham Garden Hotel Newark Airport) in Newark, New Jersey.

Chaired by Shy Matsi, the convention's second year took place August 1st to 3rd, at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott.

FA: United 2009
Headed by Cray Wolf of New Jersey, FA: United, LLC. plans the future years of FA: United. For 2009, FA: United is expected to be downsized to a "weekend party/cook out with music, booze and more" and will have the code number FA:U 2.5

FA: United 3 "Games United" was announced by Dragoneer to be scheduled for May 28th to 30th 2010, and will be held at the Marriott on Rt 73 in Mt Laurel, NJ.
