I don't think that it is Gerard Joling. Because 1)the singer seems to be a native English speeker; 2)the voice absolutely differs from Gerard's; 3) there is no even a mention about this song in any blog of information about him. So, it must be somebody else, may be even Dan Byrd in youth, well, I don't know....
