The Empire Wrestling Federation (EWF) was founded in 1996 by Jesse Hernandez and Bill Anderson and is now soley owned by Jesse Hernandez. They are the longest running wrestling promotion in Southern California. They are also an affiliate of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). The EWF runs shows in Covina at the Knights of Columbus Hall twice a month and also runs shows in San Bernardino in various locations. The EWF recognizes four championships. The current champions are Black Metal (EWF Heavyweight Champion), Ryan Taylor (EWF American Champion), "Top Shelf" Jeremy Jaeger (EWF Cruiserweight Champion) and The Young Bucks(EWF Tag Team Champions).
