hay rob bro dont know if you got my email, thanks for the dvd and card bud. some of these vids are belltin. if you get chance email me some K B routines. i have a 24 32 and 40kg need to do more work with them for my core. but just seem to end up doing same things every time i pick them up. thanks bro hope the familys good.
