Difficulties of interpretation of how the team of RAI and EUGAD should relate one another. Can one make oneself "the teacher" or the learner who decide to make oneself the learner? Authority can be "self-claimed"? Or is attributed by your communication counterparts? The impossibility of self justification and self-authorization. The arrogance of self-attribution of the role of "teacher". The important of sharing the workload amongst team member in such a way that each one enable the other to perform one's own role with dignity. The mistake of imposing oneself on the other. The difficulty of relating the culture of free-lance development workers (dependent on project results) with public employees (dependent on institutional settings).
