Trying the Alex Van Halen Ludwig LB552K Snare Drum. This is how it sounds with no eq, no compression, no reverb and with Alex hazy head and wire tune. I really don't know if Alex use the response head on records and live so low like this snare tunes comes to me. This is the raw Brown Sound. I've played one far version of Poundcake. I bought this one in an auction. Alex gave this snare for charity. (less info)
