The main aim of my videos is to educate & entertain - hopefully I will manage one of those things if not both. My videos contain everything from my field herping expeditions to working with my own collection of herps, not to mention the odd V-log where I just speak.
I hope you enjoy watching the videos.
Cheers.

*NOTE* I do NOT do sub 4 sub, stop asking me to subscribe to you - its not going to happen!
About Me:

Hello, i'm Erik i'm 17, I have been keeping reptiles since I was 10. I would love to follow a career in herpetology - that is proving to be a difficult thing to do by the way. I would enjoy field herping around the world and sharing my knowledge with as many people as I can and learn new things along the way.

Hello Erik. My source is Reptiles and Amphibians for Dummies.
I have a question. I know you and other snake people around the world keep snakes in racks. But I am confused. From what I know from my reading. Reptiles need direct rays from the sun or what we use a Reptile bulb to look for food and exlpore their sourrondings and ultimately digest a meal. Why do so many herp hobbists keep their snakes in rack with out a bulb?
I guess room tempertaure is kept accurrate enough so digestion can take place or heat pad.
Can you please tell me how snakes kept in rack are thriving?

Hello...your advice worked. Thanks so much. I wait about an hour after she wakes up, and I offer her veggies and fruit. At first, she tried to ignore them, but then hunger got the best of her and she ate. In the afternoon is when she gets her crickets and mealworms, after her playtime. LOL. She is so spoiled. Thanks again for the advice. Have a great day!
