Hey everyone! Welcome to my Youtube channel! My name is Eric and I have been playing the drums for about 6 years. I started in 2003, when I was about 16. My original inspiration for wanting to post videos on YouTube was to note the progression I was making. It can be difficult when you play the drums on a regular basis to see any improvement in your playing. If you record and look back after a few days/weeks/months, it is quite obvious the improvements you're making. However, as of 5/11/09 I got a strike on my Youtube account saying that I can have no videos which contain copyrighted music in it, so I've had to delete all of my solo videos of my playing along to songs. It is a bit devastating, but I would rather delete the videos than have my account deleted. So that is why you will only find my collaboration videos from here on out. Any comments or 'constructive' criticism you may have is greatly appreciated. If you enjoy what you see on my channel, please subscribe! I love subscribers! :)

Some information:

I am right handed and I play open handed style with the french grip technique (I try to at least) :P. The kit I play is a Roland TD6 S. I use a DW 9000 double kick pedal. I use a variety of different VST's to help my sound with my recordings. Currently I am using Superior Drummer 2.0.

I am in the process of ordering a custom new kit from Jobeky Drums. Definitely check them out!
