EMwomen was birthed out of the heart of one woman's desire to help enrich the lives of women everywhere. For more than thirteen years, Staci Wallace has traveled the world educating, equipping and inspiring millions as a motivational speaker and recording artist. Her passion for enriching the lives and visions of others led her to gain greater recognition of the fact that women control a predominant majority of today's marketplace as well as the homes across America. With a desire to use her skills to affect the most change in her lifetime, she turned her focus on what she believed to be the most underdeveloped natural resource in the world....Women!

For over 12 years, Staci shared the stage with five U.S. presidents, world class athletes and notable world leaders as a part of the Get Motivated Seminars, the most successful motivational conferences in the nation. Speaking and singing before audiences of up to 65,000 in attendance, Staci's vision for a national women's organization continued to grow in her heart. In that same time, Staci was being mentored by such dynamic leaders as Zig Ziglar, Peter Lowe, Tom Hopkins, and numerous non-profit leaders to be a powerful voice to the marketplace through her unique style of communicating the topics of faith, family, finance and fitness.

Staci continued her work as a motivational speaker to corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals, soon becoming a strong advocate to women and their need to make better decisions in their family, workplace and communities. What started as her personal passion to unleash the hidden potential of women world-wide, has become the foundation for EMwomen, an organization dedicated to the same core values.

EMwomen exists to provide the education, resources, events, tools and network needed for women to recognize and maximize their ability to influence change within their homes, communities and nation. EMwomen believes that women are our nation's greatest untapped resource and potential catalyst for national change and economic gain.
