hey i need ur help...the xs++ thing isn't working...it said turn off phone and press 'c' button..i press the button but yet it said that connection to phone failed..so PLEASE I BEG YOU HELP ME WITH IT~!~!

ya i have all the programs that i need but it wont work

wat do u have to do wen it says turn phone off hold c and cconnnect u have 30 sec
