This is another Video Theme created by me "AVATAR Video Theme" named after the Original Movie "Avatar" (To be Released on 18th December 2009). Available now in Cydia. Download and activate it through WinterBoard. Contains Transparent Slide to Unlock bar. Colorful Battery. Custom WiFi & 3g icon. Alarm Indicator. Incoming & outgoing Mail and SMS sounds. Custom SMS Background. Light Yellow colored icons to make background preview more visible.
If for some reason Video Theme gets stuck while using 'Voice Memo' option or playing a song or a video from your IPod music option, So simply go to your WinterBoard again and reset it. And Done. This is not a fault in Theme, its just the 3.1 & 3.1.2 Firmware. Enjoy !!

Blackrai1n is no doubt one of the easiest Jailbreak and Unlock ever for Iphone 3g and Iphone 3gS on 3.1 or 3.1.2 Firmwares. Thanks to GeoHot for developing Blackra1n.
But it came with some issues as well. Problems with Wifi, Youtube App and GPS are still detected after jailbreaking our iphones with newly updated Blackrain. The two Fixes shown in this video will work 100%.
Solution 1: Users who are having Wifi issues, simply go to 'settings' then 'general' then 'reset' then choose "Reset Network Settings". This will clear your wifi issues.
Solution 2: Users who are having YouTube App issues , they are not able to open it or access it, so they have to add a source in Cydia "http://apt.macosmovil.com" or "http://cydia.iphoneil.net". Once source is added, then search for "Push Fix". Install Push Fix and reboot your Iphone. When you are back, you will see that your YouTube application is back in action. This app will automatically fix Push Notification System on your jailbroken & Unlocked iPhone and this will also fix GPS issues and Blacksnow issues too if its not getting installed. After you install Push Fix, you might be asked to re-enter your emails password. So go into your settings then mail option then your mail account and there enter your password. And done.

This video is all about Iphone 3g and 3gS running on 3.1 or 3.1.2 with baseband 5.11.07 are now easily able to Jailbreak and YES Unlock as well. Simply connect your iphone to your computer. Download Blackrain from www.blackra1n.com and run it from your computer. You will be jailbroken in 30 seconds. Now you will see 'Blackrain' Icon on your Iphone. Run it from there and install Cydia/Rock and snow. And done. YOu will now be completely Jailbroken and Unlocked on 3.1/3.1.2 Firmware with 5.11.07 baseband.
PLEASE READ: If you got your Iphone 3gS and it had 3.1.2 Firmware when you opened up from its box packing then YES, Blackrain acts as a tethered Jailbreak. Meaning everytime you reboot your Iphone 3gS you will see Itunes logo and USB logo (recovery screen). So at this point you have to run Blackrain again from your computer. And done.

Blacksn0w repo source can also be added in Cydia and Unlocked from there. Just add this repo in Cydia and Install it. "http//blackra1n.com"
This Blackrain will support "Hactivation", meaning if you do not have official sim card for your iPhone and you updated your iphone to 3.1 or 3.1.2 firmware then you will be stuck on Itunes logo and USB logo on your Iphone screen. So at this point you have to run Blackrain from your computer. Doing so will hactivate your Iphone and open up in normal mode. Then you can go ahead and run blackrain from your Iphone and run 'Blacksnow' to Unlock.
Running "Blacksn0w" will enable Internet tethering on firmware 3.1.2 and then you can surf the Internet using the connection of your iPhone even when Apple and the operators had decided not to allow it. For complete Internet Tethering you have to go to this website on your Iphone Safari Browser http://help.benm.... Then scroll down and look for blue button "MobileConfigs". Click on it and select your country. Install appropriate GSM network there and reboot your Iphone. And done.
You can also install a patch from Cydia according to your Iphone to get MMS and Internet Tethering by adding this source in Cydia http://www.sinful... .
If you are on a 2G iPhone, Blacksn0w isn't an option for you. But BootNeuter is, a completely free permanent unlock for your 2G. Of course, blackra1n will hacktivate your Iphone 2g after you have updated to 3.1 or 3.1.2. Then you can easily Jailbreak and Unlock from Blackrain icon that you will have automatically after hactivating.
