Hello!
Well, mix one part sluggishness, two parts junk food, and a pinch of ass on couch, and I have ended up here. I'm out of shape! So what now? well, my older brother Stuart called me the other morning and challenged me to get off my ass and do something about it, by way of P90X.
He's not nearly as hefty as I am, but he was a junk food junkie, and hadn't been exercising nearly enough. He had just started the program, and immediately felt better.
So I went to the website, and ordered the program. Follow my journey here! I have seen other people n youtube participating in the same program, very inspirational, so I hope I can work my way into the community, get motivated, help other people, and change my body for the better.
