Hi there! I could have used you last week when my apartment was having recurring electrical problems. The first electrician who came couldn't figure out what was wrong. The second one said it was an overload. Lights would go dim, go bright or flicker for extended periods of time, or turn off when I unplugged my refrigerator (strange, huh?). It fried a lot of surge protectors and burned out the motor in the fridge's fan. At least they got it back to working again and they replaced the fan on my fridge!
