I'm flexible,i can easily find common language with other people.I never keep bad memories and i always try to help my relatives and friends and do everything possible and even impossible if there are some problems.I think that confidence and optimistic life-view is the secret of happiness and well-being.

Interests and Hobbies: Sports (swimming,tennis,jogging).I adore yoga,has tons of benefits,can improve flexibility,strength,balance and stamina.Also yoga reduces anxiety and stress and improves mental clarity.And for the rest of my interests,they are quite common:dancing,traveling,cooking,listening to music,reading.I love taking for a walk my dog (a female Akita)and take care of it! I like a healthy lifestyle, I certainly watch what I eat and I currently do aerobics exercises twice a week. I like Italian and Japanese food and I also adore to cook.
