I bet if it were a black baby prince wouldnt have even considered
a suit.... It is an adorable video and hardly infringes on anything except all thats miserable. your baby is cute as heck. Prince always was a narscisist to the max and a repressed homosexual as well. He's obviously jealous, bigoted and frustrated that his limited talents have dried up. Fair use. Plain and simple. If they simply asked you to change the title of your post, this would have all been avoided. The music heard is just so much background noise and is barely identifiable as Prince. And I guess the Label never thought that people who do recognize it may have a sudden urge to hear the whole track and buy it on I-tunes. People who pirate music don't watch happy baby videos to get their fix. Their looking in the wrong places to fix their slipping sales...
