I was wondering if you could help me with two problems:

You know you can sign into your account or the administrators account on XP? Well I was wondering if there was a way of becoming that administrator, instead of being the one XP has made us to be?

I'm trying to share a printer with another pc, I think I've done most of it correctly, but when I try and locate the printer on another pc I get this error:
workgroup is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource. contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permissions
What should I do now?
