L'any 2005 PEDRO G. ROMERO va organitzar una exposició a la Fundació Tàpies que tenia com a tema Badia del Vallès o Ciutat Badia. Va dir-se "La ciutat buida" i va merèixer el Premi Ciutat de Barcelona. Dins l'exposició hi havia aquest vídeo titulat LA CASA, realitzat per ALEIX GALLARDET, sobre un pis de Badia que els seus propietaris van llogar a uns romanesos, amb la qual cosa vulneraven la legalitat relativa als habitatges socials. Es tracta del 5é. 1a., del número 33 del carrer Cantàbria. Escriu en Pedro en el catàleg de la mostra: "No se nos ocurrió otra cosa que señalarlo, marcarlo con un baile, una danza que midiera su espacio, un dispositivo de gestos que pudiera recoger, no sin cierta ironía, estos nuevos intangibles. Va encarregar-li aquesta presa de mides al ballarí de flamenc ISRAEL GALVÁN, que va executar un ball en cafascuna de les cambres de la casa.
