A decade or so after every other local authority in the country has introduced them, Thanet Council finally gets around to bringing wheelie bins in. At last we may see an end to the horrendous problem with seagulls pecking at bin bags and littering the streets with rotting food, dirty nappies and other household waste! (less info)
