Any idea when the photographs from the event will be put up?

There was a bulletin posted on Shooting People last week saying that they would be uploaded really soon but there has been no sigh of them on the DV mission site.

Congratulations to all the teams that took part. Some brilliant entries with the turn out being a lot stronger than last year. It's good to see such a wealthy amount of filmmakers in the area, I thought they were all confined to Brighton! :D

Hi Chaps, I think I speak for my whole team when I say a big THANK YOU for this wonderful opportunity. I've always been jealous while hearing other peoples stories of these competitions.
I thought all the films were wonderful and it's great to be able to look over them all again. Well done Zombies for your big win, same time next year...

I've tried to leave individual messages for teams but it isn't working and I'm already bored of the clunky unstable you tube interface (I don't have my own internet connection so all this is hassle). Well done to everyone involved in all the teams. In the normal film world 48 hrs is a tight timescale just to shoot a short film. To do everything from thinking up a story, scriptwriting, filming, editing, dubbing sound & turning in a whole piece in the time is mental. Well done Roz, good (simple) idea, well executed. I'm glad we'd already worked together. We took best low tech film. It's hard to be objective about your own work... I wouldn't have wanted to be one of the judges in any case! Hope to see you all again next year (no firm plan yet). Big thanks to Mr Jinx. Without this event we'd probably mostly be wannabe film makers sat at home shouting at the rubbish telly! Big love 2 U all. Anyone who finished is a winner in my book.

DV Mission was for me the best event in the Portsmouth Screen 2007 Film Festival. Not only did the event attract 16 teams drawn from local production companies, university students and adult learners it also drew a huge crowd for the sceening on the Sunday night. This year saw some really impressive shorts produced and a lot of networking between the filmmakers involved. There was a real buz in the air at the premier and I am already looking forward to next years event.

Nice one!
