hi started doing the excersises and ive experienced some strenght in my lower back . My question is ive developed a curve in my lower back that makes my stomach protrude and it really damages my self confidence . The doctors think i must have hurt it in the gym and theyre really uncooperative with me in finding out whats wrong . I just want to know if u think these excersices with ameliorate my situation.. I noticed that i walk with a slight slant and thats not doing me any good . Ive heard of a condition called the s curve . Im realy hoping its not that .but if it was can it be straight again? it was straight at one point and that how i noticed there was such a big change .
