Thanks-
I just recently started with the CG inclines to augment my log, axle and push press/jerk training. I haven't flat benched in quite a while; I just don't think it's a very functional movement. Most of the presses in strongman (and real life) are executed while we're on our feet, along a vertical or near vertical plane, so the carryover of a perpendicular press like flat bench is minimal compared to other movements. To answer your questions, though: I really have no idea what I can flat bench and I do CGI benching, barbell overheads and log/axle overheads on separate days, 3x total every week.
