Buddha was travelling with one of his disciples. During his travel, they got into an altercation with a man who began insulting Buddha relentlessly. This man claimed that Buddha was a fake, a con man. Buddha remained calm while his disciple fumed. After the incident, Buddhas disciple asked him why he wasnt angry after receiving all that abuse. Buddha said: If someone offers you a gift, and you refuse to accept it, to which person does the gift belong?
