You! Woman in the Now (U-WIN) is an organization, which supports women from all walks of life, and in all stages of life. It is a motivational tool and resource for those who have chosen to be emotional, financial, physical and spiritual winners. Winning is an attitude! It is our desire to build winning women.

Presently U-WIN sponsors over 80 cell groups with trained Leaders meeting across the City of Houston throughout the country and abroad.

Each month women gather together for a mass rally known throughout the City of Houston as WGNO Women and Girls Night Out. This gathering is held the first Thursday of every month where we challenge women to become winners through speakers, awards, workshops, discussion forums, fellowship and fun!

U-WIN also touches the lives of girls ages 12-19 through Teen U-WIN. Teen U-WIN provides
support to girls on their journeys to reach their fullest potential. The acronym T.E.A.M. explains our philosophy to Train, Encourage, Affirm and Mentor.
