"And...ACTION."I heard Kenny say. I was on break as Kenny worked with Joe and Roxy on the library scene as I headed to get something to eat. I walked into the tent and grabbed a sandwhich and a Coffee. I headed back out to the tables to see Alyssa arguing with Nick. I don't get why they don't get along.
"You know maybe if you actually gave me a chance you would like being around me."I heard Nick say.
"And maybe if I actually gave you a chance I would think your just another shallow guy who thinks just because he has 'the look' he can get any girl he wants. And sorry but I'm not up to experimenting with who you truly are."I heard her retort. I started walking up behind her and Nick raised his eyebrows. "Forget the risk and take the fall if it's what you want it's worth it all."He said.
"Who's to say that I think your worth the risk."
He took a step closer and slipped his arms around her waist,"I do."Then he closed the gap between them and kissed her. I froze. Why the hell was my little brother hitting on the girl that I lov-. Okay. You caught me. I still love Alyssa. But you can't say you didn't see it coming. I mean..come on. I kissed her after playing 20 questions with her. That has to mean something doesn't it? But no. There she is kissing my brother. MY OWN BLOOD. Is that even legal?! I continued walking until I tripped landing with a thud surrounded by a bunch of twigs. I heard Alyssa jump and squeak. "WHAT HE-. Oh boy."I heard her say as I swiftly turned around and stood back up. She seperated from Nick and looked over at him. He quickly dropped the hand around her waist and returned the glance bringing it full circle back around to me. "Hey there Alyssa and Nick."I said sheepishly then turned my attention back to Alyssa,"How are you? We haven't talked in ag-" "I have to go, I'll talk to you later Nick maybe we can finally get that scene done right."She said not even bothering to let me finish the sentence. I stood there perplexed as she walked over to one of the tables and picked up her bag and water and walked towards the direction of one of the trailers. Okay. What did I do now? Nick whistled and ended it was a kaboom noise,"Looks like someone's got some problems with their leading lady." "Looks like someone else is getting a bit too close with my leading lady." "What?! Dude your not even dating you messed up with her big time and she told me all about i-" "Since when can you two have a conversation without strangling eachother's necks?!" "Since I gained her trust. And sat down to have an actual conversation with her. You know without making out with her first."He replyed smirking. "We didn-. You know what I don't have to answer to you. Just stay away from her." "Sorry to tell you this Kev, but she's going to talk to the manager about switching our roles. That way I have the romantic lead and you don't. So. If I were you I'd start learning to run lines...correctly."He said with an even bigger smirk appearing on his face. How do american's think he's the shy one? "What the hell. That dude is so messed up! He wouldn't even listen to me or-. Why are you still here?"Alyssa said as she stalked back over to us...not after slamming the directors door first. I gulped."What I'm not allowed to be here?" "Sorry I thought there was an age discrimination."She said emphasing the last two words."I'll learn to read into things more because since I'm so young I guess I don't know any better."She continued. "Alyssa you know I didn'-" "Save it Jonas. I don't believe I asked for a platter of B.S. for lunch so I think I'm returning my meal thank you very much. Come on Nick let's run that scene one more time. It's the climax one and we have to get the kissing part just right."Nick's eyes lit up. "Kay, see yah Kevin."Nick said smirking as he slipped his arm around her waist once more and they walked up leaving me standing there with an empty coffee cup and a confused heart. (less info)
