I began practicing Chi Gong and meditation about 5 years ago and have flip flopped from one practice to another both Eastern and Western, but getting concrete results and experience all the same. My experiences left me with a good deal of knowledge of the Tarot and its constituents, and some precious gems I feel were worth the trials and bumps on the head.
