Gosh it's been so long, right?!

I actually completed the melody for this AGES AGO (months!) when Ken initially sent me his tentative lyrics to write a tune to. Thank you so much for writing such beautiful lyrics!! T__T I'm so pleased that I finally got round to working on this. It was wise to wait till my new keyboard arrived, I think!


I attempted a different style to what I usually do in this song and I do feel a bit worried about how people are going to receive it. I used some unusual chromatic notes here and there and also left the vocal track a bit raw and 'rougher' than I normally do. You could hear my throat clogging up here and there and whatnot. I did that on purpose because I felt it fitted the supposed feeling of the song. Since it is about peacefully rejoicing over things and thus there is the element of spontaneity that I wanted to capture....


Anyway, enough babbling from me. So sorry. I just wanted to explain the concept of this a bit more haha.
