I am sorry to inform you that my past "rant" has been taken down. I still stand by what I said, and I stand by it strongly. I still continue to get e-mails from (un-namable) persons. Not so many angry e-mails which is a relief Many things have changed in my life, and everything finally seems to be heading in the right direction. I am not Goth anymore.. And although many people (you tubers) have told me Goth is not something you grow out of, it is something you are born into. Well. I am sorry to say, I disagree. To a point. There are many people who have done unimaginable things with their lives under the label "Goth".
What is Goth anyways? I believe the definition is never ending. Not one person has the exact same definition as another. And no-one, yet everyone is right and wrong. People need to understand that there are so many interpretations of Goth and other genres, that calling someone a "poser" is only defining how and what you feel is Goth(or otherwise stated). You're explanation of this particular "way of life" may be different than someone else's. Does this mean you lash out in anger and call them names? No. Learn to open up to change and differences. Far gone are the days where everything was equivalent to the perceptions and beliefs of large groups. We are individuals, our own people. So voice it! Don't ever be afraid to voice you opinion! If you feel someone else is portraying a vision you don't agree with, that is fine, but remember, they have the RIGHT to be who they want to be, and voice their opinions just as equally as you do.
I hope that this revised "rant" is much better than the last. I feel that everything I just stated is true, and I too, am open to different opinions I apologize for the false perception of me being "Goth". I made this channel about a year or so ago, and believe it or not, a lot of changes in my life have occurred in that short period of time.
I thank all of those who have befriended me, and I also thank those who have stood up for what they believed and asked me why I felt how I felt. I hope that this new voice helps other see
