Dick Poe Toyota Sucks

My assistant took my Toyota Tundra to Dick Poe Toyota for a 30 minute oil change one day in May 2007, and the Dick Poe Toyota service department performed an unauthorized warranty repair that ended up taking over 4 hours.

Worsening the situation, the service department did not properly perform the unauthorized repair, introducing a steering problem which caused the vehicle to pull to one side while driving.

Dick Poe Toyota then gave my assistant the runaround for over 5 weeks regarding their service department's improperly performed and unauthorized repair.

Rick Peet, the Dick Poe Toyota general sales manager, prefers an obnoxious approach to handling customers.

To make a long story short, I had to pay a different dealership to repair Dick Poe Toyota's unauthorized repair. You'd be better off buying from anywhere else than Dick Poe Toyota.
