This is a Hatha Yoga Class that gently warms the body before taking you through some invigorating sequences and postures. Beginners may want to skip the Intermediate Warm-Up until you build the strength and stamina for the challenging postures and endurance.
A yoga-inspired weight training session or a bodybuilding-inspired yoga practice? Either way you look at it, Iron Yoga is a challenge of the body and mind. It's recommended to try Iron Yoga under the supervision of a certified professional before attempting this series. You may not want to use any weights the first time, graduating to very light weights when you're confident you can hold the poses with proper technique.
