I was involved in the Automotive Industry for over 22 years starting as a salesperson and working my way up the ladder into an upper management sales position which I held for over the last15 years. Along with sales, customer service was one of the most important parts of my daily activities. I have always worked only on a commission basis only which meant that for me to get paid I had to continually meet my objects and continually work with my team to help them meet their objectives too. I have been involved in the Network Marketing Business for the past 10+ years and truly believe that for anyone to succeed in this business or in any business a person has to be willing to help other people succeed first.
