About Delhikabari

Kabaris are the wastepickers of Delhi. They collect, sort and recycle 20% of Delhi's daily waste at no cost to society. But recently their livelihoods have been threatened by police harassment and a government scheme to privatize Delhi's waste collection. In these videos, Delhi's kabaris tell the outside world about their situations, in their own words.
